Chanel currently have an opportunity to join the elite Chanel Events and Client Engagement Team in New South Wales. Your primary responsibilities will include,
- Working closely with Client Experience & Events Executive, National Events Manager and other stakeholders to execute the annual events calendar, taking into consideration launch plans and marketing campaigns and CRM targets.
- Focus on client recruitment, driving Brand loyalty and retention – ensure CRM KPIs are met for each event / client activity including (but not limited to) makeup and skincare events
- Performing makeovers, completing makeups, skincare consultations and facials for both existing and new customers utilising your excellent product knowledge.
- Taking ownership of in store events, driving strong sales and business results in each location.
- Upholding the exceptional in-store experience and store presentation that Chanel is regarded for world wide.
- Superior makeup artistry and / or skincare therapy certification and experience.
- Demonstrated capability in leading and supporting small, medium and large scale events and multiple locations. This includes related experience in hosting events.
- Proven retail sales track record with a solid ability to recruit clients and drive brand loyalty.
- Solid understanding of client journey experience and key client segments, profiles, characteristics and behaviors with a proven ability to facilitate effective outcomes for the business.
- Passion for helping others to grow, share knowledge and expertise and be a positive influencer within the organization.
